I began Strength Training when I was 13 years old & I haven't stopped since. I've been fortunate to work with a variety of great people & get them to experience the benefits of Strength Training.

The reason I built HUB was because I saw enough people give up on training not due to their lack of success or enjoyment, but more due to the logistics of life.

My goal is to create health & fitness solutions that can better adapt to people's real lives.

45-minute in-home sessions are all about building strength and improving movement with a focus on exercise technique and real-time adjustments. With flexible scheduling and built-in accountability, you'll stay on track and see progress every session — no matter your starting point.
